ABOUT ME

I'm a tattoo artist based in Austin, Texas.

Currently a resident at No Good Tattoo.

I am head-over heals in love with

my super hot amazing wife, Rebekah.

She is a Dancer, fitness instructor creator of RITMO

and directs things for Kinrgy and Practice by Palmer. 

We have three dogs: a doberman called Alfa ,

a pom-chi called Bear anda shitzu -pug called Domingo.

My passion is analog photography, my obsession are animals and I have like ten thousand hobbies that include hiking, fishing, treasure-hunting, free-diving, bird-watching, day drinking, reading, tanning, doing absolutely nothing, cooking, reading, art like sculpting, basically any DIY project and my list goes on.

I am a piscis sun, cancer moon and scorpio rising.

I studied Visual Arts and Photography. I started illustrating animals and focusing my work on street installations and then finding my way into the tattoo studio where I was an apprentice until  my co-workers and I opened the first all-women studio in Mexico called Noche de Brujas.

I have been tattooing for 10+ years, specializing in nature and scientific illustration. Fine lining is a big part of my work but not exclusively. I mostly enjoy working with medium size pieces, emphasizing the details I find fascinating about nature with fine lines and creating contrast with darker saturations, considering an optimal healing throughout the years of a tattoo.

I grew up traveling to my family's hometown -a small beach  port in the Mexican Pacific-. The ocean and life around it, are a great influence in me and my work, especially photography.

I have a passion for exploring and observing. The great outdoors heal my soul, and being able to focus my work around it, and share it, is what I enjoy the most about tattooing.
